Facility that is relatively new. However, the personnel is not sufficient

The poor receptionist had to deal with everything. They were very late in providing us with the facility: almost 2.5 hours late. WHen it is a one night stop, to get your appartment at 18:30 is not acceptable. There was definitively a lack of personnel and it was high season, I cannot imaghne what it is lick in low season. By the way, there were no boss to speak to. I would not go there again

Not close to any shops other than the petrol station which is a minor issue without a car

Do not pay/resereve breakfast in advance: they will charge you either you take it or not

Everyone was pleasant and helpful - for example they let me book out later than on reservation. Clean - pool area very well maintained.

Near Ribeira de Ilhas beach for Surfing. Nice wiew of Sea.

The hotel was very clean. It was also quiet at night with good air-conditioning .

The check in time was 4 pm and there was no way we were going to be allowed check in earlier even though that room would have been vacated by 11 at the latest. Surely rooms which had been vacated could be cleaned first and the routine cleaning done later. The bed consisted of a sofa which had a pullout camp bed underneath it. It was quite comfortable to sleep on but very uncomfortable as a sofa.

I didn't like a thing about this hotel

staff seemed unmotivated, poor internet services, no staff new how to make a cocktail when there was a cocktail menu, terrible breakfast, souless place

Very good facilities, with good location. 5 minute drive to the beach and a very relaxing atmosphere. Very good value for money.

I arrived late and the indications for the Recpetion were insuficient. I had to made a phonecall for indications.

The location was perfect. It was right near the town and the beaches. The rooms are also very spacious and are good for big groups or families.

The staff was kind of unfriendly. We had to ask several time to help with the wi-fi connection, and in the end the problem was never solved. They said there was free wi-fi, never helped to fix it, didnt even care, and we all ended up paying 1 euro for fifteen minutes of internet..a joke. It wasnt the fact that we had to pay, it was that the staff was unfriendly. Only one lady was nice at the front desk.

Nice place with a nice view and pool facilities. Great for the price.

The staff is almost inexistent and never to be found and wireless net is a lie
